Gender Equality Plan

The Gender Equality Plan for the Institute of Slavic Studies, Polish Academy of Sciences introduced on 28 January 2022, aims to promote, implement and monitor actions for ensuring gender equality and diversity, and preventing all forms of discrimination in the workplace and the study environment.

On the e-journal platform of the Institute, the publisher tries to use neutral language as far as possible. However, in the Polish version, for the sake of clarity in guidelines, regulations and forms, masculine personal gender forms are used when referring to general functions.
